How does billing work?

XGPU uses a prepaid balance and hourly billing. The selected configuration price is visible before launch; charges and your remaining balance are available in the dashboard. Check the final terms before creating an instance.

What balance do I need to launch?

Starting an instance requires enough balance for at least 1 hour of the selected configuration. The first hour is charged when the instance is created; billing then continues hourly. Check your balance and top up in advance.

Which GPUs and regions are available?

Availability changes. Check current configurations, VRAM, regions and prices in the catalog or dashboard. A specific model is not guaranteed until availability is checked at launch.

How do I connect to my instance?

After creating your instance, open it in the dashboard and use the provided SSH connection details. Choose an image and environment from the options available for your configuration.

What happens to data after deletion?

Deleting an instance can permanently erase data on its disk. Regularly back up your code, datasets and outputs outside the instance. Check that your backup is ready before deleting.

What if my balance runs out?

Insufficient balance can lead to instance deletion and data loss. Check notifications and your dashboard balance, top up in advance, and keep backups separately.
